Lady Knights Win Big at Dodgeville Holiday Classic

The New Glarus Lady Knights played at the Dodgeville Holiday Classic last week, December 27th and 28th.
On December 27th, New Glarus played Jefferson. Up 35-10 at the half, the Lady Knights cruised to a 72-31 victory.
Leading New Glarus with 27 points was Lindsey Schadewalt, who also had 3 rebounds, 1 assist and 1 steal. Grace Nommensen scored 17 points with 2 rebounds, 3 assists and 4 steals and Elle Lancaster scored 13 points with 1 assist.
On December 28th, New Glarus played Baraboo in the tournament. A halftime score was not available as of press time, but the Lady Knights won the game by a score of 74 to 46.
Alex Atwell led New Glarus with 21 points, 14 rebounds, 4 assists, 1 steal and 3 blocks, while Lindsey Schadewalt scored 17 points with 5 rebounds, 1 assists and 4 steals, Elle Lancaster scored 11 points with 4 rebounds, 1 steal and 1 block and Grace Nommensen scored 11 points with 4 rebounds, 3 assists and 3 steals.
New Glarus hosted Black Hawk on January 3rd. They play at Waterloo on January 5th, host Belleville on January 10th and play at Wisconsin Heights on January 13th.
