Wildcats varsity volleyball players, #16 Lindsay Kittleson, #20 Rachel Carl - hitting, and #3 Addison Edge, in the game against Evansville.
On August 25th, Belleville played at Evansville in a non-conference match losing in three, 8-25, 14-25, 17-25. No further information was provided by press time.
On August 27th, Belleville hosted an invitational. Teams attending included Oregon, Dodgeville, Madison West, Fennimore, Princeton/Green Lake, Poynette and LaFollette.
In Pool A play, Belleville lost to Madison West, 7-25, 14-25, Oregon, 24-26, 20-25, and Princeton/Green Lake, 1-25, 25-6, 5-15.
In bracket play, Belleville lost to Poynette, 25-23, 24-26, 11-15, but was victorious over LaFollette, 25-10, 25-21, to take seventh place in the invitational.
On September 1st, the volleyball team plays at Cambridge. They will play Marshall at home on September 6th and Wisconsin Heights at home on September 8th.
