On December 23rd, the Sugar River Raiders wrestling team faced Turner. Turner won, 51-24.
Wrestling at 220 lbs, Isaac Erb lost to Turner’s Hunter Grinke by fall.
Mason Mau, wrestling at 126 lbs, won over Turner’s Mekhi Ott.
Wrestling at 132 lbs, Sugar River’s Brennan Keyes lost by fall to Seth Silvis.
Ryan Degenhardt, wrestling at 138 lbs, lost to Turner’s Elijah Dever by fall.
Wrestling at 152 lbs, Sugar River’s Avery Lettman lost by decision to Johnathon Torsini.
Ryker Swenson, wrestling at 160 lbs, won over Turner’s Eric Halon by fall.
Wrestling at 182 lbs, Sugar River’s Riley Weber lost by fall to Kooper Huffman.
On Thursday, December 30th, Sugar River will compete in an invitational held at UW-Oshkosh. On January 4th they have a dual at Dodgeville and on January 6th will be competing in an invitational at Sauk Prairie.
