The Sugar River Raiders boys soccer team hosted Lodi on April 13th. Sugar River dominated the entire game and won, 4-1.
Ryan Downing made the first goal for the team, with assistance from Ben Lukszys, in the first period. In the second period, three more goals were scored by Breckin Faber, Ryan Downing, assisted by Gavin Boyum, and Aiden Hatleberg. Cam Kleiboer had 4 saves at GK.
On April 15th, the team played at Columbus, winning 5-1.
All 5 goals were scored in the first period: Ryan Downing scored, followed by Aiden Hatleberg, with a Downing assist. Jack Leonard, Breckin Faber and Hatleberg scored. Cam Kleiboer had 3 saves at GK, while Luke Brecklin had 1.
Sugar River hosted Milton for a non-conference match on April 17th, winning 1-0.
Sugar River's lone goal was scored in the second period, by Gavin Boyum with an assist from Aiden Hatleberg. Cam Kleiboer had 4 saves at GK.
The Raiders played at Cambridge on April 20th. They will host Wisconsin Heights on April 22nd and Columbus on April 26th before heading to Lodi on April 29th.
