Knights Seeded #3 for Sectionals Following Wins Over Belleville and Waterloo

Dain Walter goes up for a shot in the Knights 65-57 win over Wildcats from Belleville.
The New Glarus boys basketball team played at Belleville on February 2nd. A slim 3-point lead by New Glarus held the Wildcats off at the half, and the Knights increased that lead ever so slightly in the second half to win the game. The final score was New Glarus 65, Belleville 57.
Dain Walter led New Glarus with 20 points, while Nathan Streiff and Mason Martinson each scored 10 points.
For Belleville, Andrew Ace led the Wildcats with 15 points, while Trevor Syse scored 14 points and Carson Syse and DeMarcus Conner each scored 9 points.
