The Monticello Ponies volleyball team hosted their first match of the season on Tuesday, September 15th, against Pecatonica. The Ponies won in four, 25-21; 25-8; 25-16; 26-24. Ellie Gustafson had 16 kills, 5 aces and 14 digs, while Hannah Clark had 12 kills and 3 blocks and Alexa Siegenthaler had 26 assists. Mackie Errthum had 4 blocks.

On September 15th, the Lady Ponies traveled to Argyle, where they won it in three, 25-20; 25-13; 25-15. Ellie Gustafson had 13 blocks and 10 digs. Hannah Clark had 8 kills and Alexa Siegenthaler had 16 assists while Delenn Gillaspie had 14 assists.

The team played at Barneveld on September 21st and hosted Black Hawk on September 22nd. They will play at Albany on September 24th and at Juda on September 28th before returning home for a game against Barneveld on September 29th.
