The Monroe-New Glarus swim team hosted Monona Grove for a conference meet on August 27th. The final scores were JV, MNG 47, MG 111 and Varsity, MNG 65, MG 105.

“We saw many fast swims,” said Coach Kendra Kalvin. “Overall, it was a great meet and the team is ready for the next challenge.”

The team of Mekenzie Hammer, Karley Michels, Alyssa Roelli and Morgan Erstad won the 200 SC Meter Medley Relay with a time of 2:09.05. Placing 3rd in the event was the team of Taylor Rufer, Peyton Yaun, Anna Newcomer and Samantha Schiro with a time of 2:23.62.
