The Sugar River wrestling team competed in the Capitol South Conference Duals at Waterloo on Thursday, January 10th. The team defeated Marshall 42-16, fell to Waterloo 44-27, then defeated Cambridge 45-18.
"It was truly a team effort," stated Coach Pete Swenson. "Every member contributed in a positive way and their efforts showed. Only losing to Waterloo by points, the Raiders won the head to head against all the teams.
