Darlington Hands New Glarus First Loss of the Season

Zach Feller was the leading scorer for the Knights in the December 20, 2018 game against Darlington.
On December 17th, the New Glarus Knights boys basketball team played at Barneveld. With a 44-16 halftime lead, the Knights easily won the game, 85-49.
Leading New Glarus in scoring was Jaden Kreklow, with 23 pints. He also had 1 rebound, 5 assists, and 7 steals. Trevor Gassman scored 14 points and had 2 rebounds, 1 assist and 1 steal and Garrett James had 12 pints and 3 rebounds.
On December 20th, the Knights hosted Darlington. The Knights held the lead by a single point headed into halftime, but the visiting team managed to outscore them in the second half, handing them their first loss of the season. The final score was Darlington 70, New Glarus 64.
Zach Feller led the Knights with 19 points, while Jaden Kreklow scored 12 points and Trevor Gassman and Darris Schuett each scored 9 points.
New Glarus is at home for their next three games. They play Monroe on December 28th, Cambridge on January 4th and Mineral Point on January 7th.
