Sugar River Soccer Earns Capitol Conference Championship Finishes Season Undefeated

For the first time in school history, the Sugar River Raiders girls soccer team finished their season undefeated. The team earned the Capitol Conference Championship and will begin Regional play on May 31st.
The Sugar River Raiders soccer team continued their undefeated season by shutting out Lake Mills on May 22nd, 7-0. The team scored four goals in the first half and three in the second.
On May 24th, the Raiders defeated Stoughton 2-1 in their regular season finale. This is the first time in school history that the Raiders have had an undefeated season.
The team is seeded #2 and will play a WIAA D3 Regional game on May 31st at home against #15 Adams-Friendship. The winner of that game will play on June 2nd against the winner of the #10 Edgerton at #7 Evansville game. Sectionals begin June 7th.
