The 5th Quarter Shufflers are this year's Sugar River Euchre League's Champions. To get to the Championship match, they had to win the second half of the season. They did so with a 9 and 1 record, losing only their first match of the half to Kleeman's. Then, in last Thursday's Championship Match they kept the streak going by immobilizing the Hooterville Express by 52 points, 398 to 346. Losing just their fifth game of the match, Captain Stan Hook and Randy Skogen dealt up nearly a perfect game for the Shufflers gaining 46 points over their opponents to finish the night with 119 points....
