Avalanche Hockey Game Ends in Tie After OT

The Monroe Co-op hockey team hosted Monona Grove on January 29th.
Monona Grove was first on the scoreboard in the first, but Monroe’s Cooper Dreyfus, assisted by Colton O’Connor and Jared Dillon, scored on a power play to tie it 1-1. Monona Grove then hit the back of the goal three times in the second to win the game. The final score was Monona Grove 4, Monroe 1.
Goalie Heath Bear recorded 54 saves.
