On May 9th, the Sugar River Raiders track team traveled to compete against Wisconsin Heights for the Capital Conference South Dual Champ title.

“When we were originally scheduled to compete against Heights at Lakeside Lutheran, the Heights coach had requested to reschedule due to an academic conflict,” said Coach Willy Johnson.  “They were willing to host, so we went there to compete and determine the Capitol Conference South Dual Champions.  I have to tip my hat off to Heights as they won many of the events today, but our depth prevailed on both teams, earning Sugar River both team...
