Lady Wildcats Lose to Wisconsin Heights

On Tuesday, April 12, Belleville’s softball team headed north to Wisconsin Heights, where they lost 2-0.
The game was scoreless until the sixth inning, when Heights managed to get hits off of pitcher Cassidy Heller. Coach Connie Wunschel said, “Cass got her pitches up a bit too high and they were able to get a good swing on it. Up until then they were struggling with her placement.”
The Wildcats only had two hits for the night, but did have two runners in scoring position in the second inning, but no one could hit them in.
