Noelle Maire Sets Course Record at UW-Platteville
Junior Noelle Maire set a course record at Platteville on Saturday, October 3, with a time of 19:04 on the 5K course.
"Due to tornado damage last year, the meet was held at the golf course. The athletes were happy to be back on the campus cross country course; although sadly, the terrain was completely different with many mature trees gone," said Head Coach Tamara Houser.
While Maire took first in the race overall, the girls team placed dead last – in ninth – in the small school team scores with 181 points.
