The Monticello track and field team competed in the Bluejay Invite on Thursday, April 16, at Cambridge High School.

The boys and girls team both finished in ninth place overall.

For the boys, junior Andy Yaun finished seventh in the 100 meter run and also finished eighth in the 200 meter run where senior Thorin Croushore placed 15th. Yaun took second in the 400 meter run with a time of 53.11.

Competing in the 800 meter run was senior Dylan Beckwith and senior David Ruegsegger. These two also ran the 1600 meter run where Beckwith placed seventh and Ruegsegger 14th. Croushore took 10th in the...
