The Belleville volleyball team played at Cambridge on September 19th, winning in three, 25-20; 25-23; 25-19.
Rachael Heittola led the team in kills with 15, and blocks with three. Jade Halvensleben had seven kills and led the team in digs, with eight. Leading the team with aces was Sydney Gentilli, with two. Additionally, Gentilli had seven digs. Jenna Shrader had two blocks, while Erin Kittleson had one ace and Sam Trainor had 15 assists.
"First time we've had a healthy team with all starters in over a week," said Coach Kelsey Schmit. "Felt good to have everyone back in their normal positions!"
The team played the Parent's Night game versus Marshall on September 26th and will host Wisconsin Heights on October 3rd at 6:30 p.m.
