At 6:00 p.m., on Wednesday, October 12, 2022, the Town of New Glarus Board of Supervisors will hold a Public Hearing at the New Glarus Town Hall, 26 5th Avenue, New Glarus. On the agenda is a discussion of updates to the Town’s Comprehensive Outdoor Recreation Plan (CORP), which have been developed in response to a recent community survey, a community workshop, and multiple meetings of the Parks Commission, Plan Commission, Town Board, and Town staff.

Proposed updates include tentative plans for additional hiking/biking trails, a community recreation center, adult recreation programs, pickleball courts, and an outdoor ice-skating rink. Interested Town of New Glarus residents are invited to attend to voice their opinions and concerns.
