The Monticello Ponies girls basketball team hosted Juda on January 10th. The Ponies were leading at halftime, 23-19, and ended the game with a victory. The final score was Monticello 61, Juda 38.
"We battled some early foul trouble, and Juda really took care of the ball and shot it quite well in the first half," said Coach Mark Gustafson. "We made some defensive adjustments at halftime, and were able to get some turnovers that we converted into points on the offensive end.
