Martha C. Klassy, age 98 of Belleville, passed away on Saturday, January 5, 2019, at Agrace HospiceCare, Inc. in Fitchburg. She was born on November 2, 1920, the daughter of William and Bridget (Sweeney) Nevel.

Martha graduated from Brooklyn High School. She was united in marriage to Henry P. Klassy. Martha was a mother and homemaker, she also cleaned homes until retiring when she was 80. She enjoyed cooking and baking and completing word search puzzles. Most of all, Martha loved her family and cherished her time with them.

Martha is survived by her daughter, Pat (David) Judd; and son, Robert (Rita) Klassy; daughters-in-law, Carol Klassy and Nancy Klassy; ten grandchildren; nineteen great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Henry; sons, Joseph and Richard; brothers, John, Bernard, Peter, Raymond, Edward, William; and sisters, Lucille, Katherine, Margaret, and Blanche.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 a.m., on Thursday, January 10, 2019, at the St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church, 338 S. Harrison Street, Belleville, WI, with the Rev. Michael Moon officiating. Burial will be in the Belleville Cemetery. A visitation will precede the mass from 9:30 a.m. until time of services at the St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church in Belleville.
