On October 1st, Dane County Executive Joe Parisi introduced his 2017 budget: An Investment for our Future. The budget includes a record amount – almost $17 million – in county highway resurfacing and reconstruction, including moving up long overdue work to re-do County Highway A, between State Highway 92 and County Highway PB, in the Towns of Primrose and Montrose.  This nearly five mile stretch of road will be resurfaced in 2017 and include wider, paved shoulders to improve safety for all users.  The County Executive included over $1 million in his budget for this project.
