The New Glarus Village Board met on July 5, 2016. There were no public appearances or comments.

As part of the consent agenda the board approved a Land Division by CSM request by Jim Hoesly. This allows Hoesly to subdivide off a 2.48 acre portion to separate the existing house from the farm lot.

The board also approved a resolution authorizing the redemption of General Obligation Promissory notes dated February 24, 2009. Village staff had been directed in May to include the refinance of the 2009 General Obligation Bond to a lower interest rate and include the $100,000 for the 2016 street...
