New Glarus Vision, along with many generous donors, purchased and donated over 1,300 books for Pre-K to 2nd graders at New Glarus Elementary School. There were enough donations that every student received at least four books. The program is in conjunction with the New Glarus Public Library's Summer Reading Program and was sponsored by the New Glarus Community Foundation, Betty Owen, Gary Cook, Lois Wainwright, Rachel and Dan Frye, Butch and Chris Kiesz, Jane Martinson, Peter and Sharon Etter, Mrs. L.K.
