Green County Raises More Than $18,000 for Alzheimer's Disease

More than 140 people stepped forward to give hope to locals living with Alzheimer's Disease and Dementia at the 18th annual Green County Alzheimer's Walk on September 7, 2019. The event at Behring Senior Center in Monroe raised more than $18,700 to support local programs and services for people with Alzheimer's or other Dementia and their caregivers.

The fundraiser will continue to increase as event totals are calculated. Online donations can be accepted until mid-November at www.alzwisc.org. The annual Alzheimer's Walk is the largest fundraiser of the year for the Alzheimer's & Deme...
