Lions President Troy Pettis and Lion Linn Lederman, who is a member of the scholarship committee, distributed scholarship checks to the recipients recently. They are Nicole Lehr, Katelyn Eyler, Hannah Clark, Ivan Guenther and Seth Culberson.
Nicole is attending Blackhawk Tech, working towards a degree in Nursing. Katelyn is attending Blackhawk Tech working towards a degree in Radiography and obtaining her EMT license. Hannah is attending Edgewood College working towards a degree in Physical Therapy. Ivan is attending UW-Eau Claire working towards a degree in Business Finance. Seth is attending UW-Whitewater working towards a degree in Accounting and becoming a Financial Advisor.
Unable to attend our meeting were Matthew Collins and Breanna McCoy. Matthew is attending UW-Stout working towards a degree in Mechanical Engineering and Breanna is attending UW-Oshkosh working to obtain a Nursing degree.
Congratulations to these young people as they further their education in their chosen fields.
