Tai Chi Class to be Offered at Sugar River Senior Center

Tai Chi, Chi Kung (pronounced Chee Gong) are a related low impact wellness practice for health and balance. The movements are slow and flowing. Done on a regular basis they enhance strength, coordination, relaxation and patience. Many people who learn this practice report improvement in balance, as well as a greater ease in their daily activities. There is a wealth of information to be found on the internet as well as in books.
