A few changes were made to the Blues, Brews and Food Truck Festival held on Saturday, June 26, in the New Glarus Village Park, due to weather concerns. On Friday evening the festival kicked off with The Jimmys at Tofflers.

For Saturday’s portion, a much larger tent was brought in and placed on 4th Avenue instead of in the park. Although there were a few light showers in the afternoon, people sat in the park as well as under the tent and enjoyed the music. The food trucks were busy and everyone had a great time. Sponsors of the event included State Bank of Cross Plains, New Glarus Retreats, RPM Motors, Puempel’s Olde Tavern, Tri-Insure, Brenda’s Blumenladen, New Glarus Bakery, Kleeman’s Bar & Grill, Sugar River Pizza, LSM Chiropractic, Tofflers Pub & Grill, Swiss Aire Motel, Chalet Landhaus Inn, Bank of New Glarus, New Glarus Fest Haus, New Glarus Chamber of Commerce, Brown Cow Productions.
