Our lobby may be closed, but we are still here to help:
If there is an elderly or disabled person who could benefit from Home Delivered Meals - let us know. This is a hot meal that is delivered 2-5 days a week (depending on location) and frozen meals for the other days.
If someone needs help obtaining groceries or medications, we can connect with one of our volunteers or staff persons who can assist.
If someone needs help getting to a medical appointment.
If you are concerned about a person and think they could benefit from a weekly check-in call, we have a Friendly Caller Line where we will call them each week to check in and assess their needs.
If someone needs personal cares or other help in the home.
If someone needs help applying for disability.
If someone needs help with their Medicare or prescription drug coverage.
If someone is concerned that a loved one is not taking care of themselves or is experiencing any abuse.
