2017 Belleville graduate Ty Varney has left to serve in the United States Marine Corps. Varney will attend basic training at Camp Pendleton. After graduation he will be training for the Security Forces, with a goal of becoming a member of the Fleet Anti-Terrorism Security Team (FAST). Varney is also a recipient of a Ben Jackson Foundation Travel Award.
