The Monticello Area Historical Society (MAHS) will meet at 7:00 p.m., Thursday, January 23, 2020, in the Zwingli UCC Lounge, 416 E. Lake Avenue, Monticello.
Following a short business meeting, Jim and Janet McNeill, along with Lucille Elmer and John Kummer, will give a talk on the Monticello Sales Barn.
The MAHS and the McNeills encourage any former workers, buyers or sellers of livestock at the Monticello Sales Barn to attend and share stories, pictures and artifacts.
This is a free presentation and will start about 7:15 p.m. Come join us, the Public is welcome to attend both activities.<...
