The annual Wilhelm Tell Celebration will be held on Labor Day Weekend in New Glarus. Everyone is invited to enjoy a full weekend of historic Swiss charm, including a children's Laternenzug (lantern parade), alphorns, yodel showcase, art show, book sales, live music, savory food and even a street dance.

Inspired by the vision of Edwin Barlow, a world traveler of the early 1900's with New Glarus roots, the Wilhelm Tell pageant has been proudly presented on Labor Day Weekend since 1938 by New Glarus residents.

The Festival will kick off on Friday, August 30, at 6:30 p.m., with a free concert...
