On April 10th, Shirley Lewis, representing the Women's Winter Fest Committee, presented the New Glarus Area EMS with a donation check for over $1000.
Each year, the Winter Fest committee holds a silent auction during the January Winterfest event in New Glarus. The women of the two sponsoring organizations, Wisconsin Vietnam Veterans Chapter 3 and New Glarus VFW Post 10549, use their portion of the proceeds to donate to various community and Veteran organizations.
