Farmer's Appreciation Brunch Hosted by Zwingli UCC Monticello Brotherhood
March 7, 2019
In appreciation of the farmers, the Zwingli Brotherhood is serving a tasty Brunch. Come enjoy a feast in honor of those who work hard to make food available for us all. Everyone is welcome Saturday, March 16th, in the Fellowship Hall of Zwingli United Church of Christ, 416 E. Lake Avenue, Monticello.
John Roelli has spent his life living and growing up on a farm. His dream of operating his own farm came true for him 12 years ago in Lafayette County. John will lead a discussion on farming in the 21st Century. This open forum will give space for the challenges, pitfalls, heartbreaks, and joys that today’s farmers face, as well as sharing resources and ideas for these troubled times.
This program, sponsored by the Zwingli UCC Brotherhood Men’s Group, is offered free and is open to all. Blessings offered at 11:00 a.m., in the Fellowship Hall. For more information, contact Zwingli UCC at (608) 938-4369 or check us out on Facebook at Zwingli United Church of Christ, Monticello.
