Local Fire Departments Lend A Helping Hand

Members of the New Glarus and Belleville Fire Departments worked together to staff the DeForest Windsor fire district on Saturday, July 14th, so that all of their members could attend the funeral for fallen Sun Prairie Fire Department Captain Cory Barr.
Barr died in the line of duty on Tuesday, July 10, 2018, from injuries received while responding to a gas leak in downtown Sun Prairie, and was a member of the department for 16 years.
