The 2018 Green County Dairy Days Cattle Show concluded on Saturday, June 16th, with enormous success. This year's show was hosted by the Monticello Community, and took place at the Green County Fairgrounds in Monroe, Wisconsin. There was a great turnout of spectators and sponsors to cheer on the 38 youth from different counties who came out to participate.

Results of the 2018 event are as follows: Topping the Registered Holstein Show was Ava Hendrickson (Dayton Dairylanders) receiving the Grand Champion award. In addition, Rachel McCullough (Juda Jolly Juniors) received Reserve Champion and Brian McCullough (Juda Jolly Juniors) received Honorable Mention. In the Registered Brown Swiss category, Natalie Roe (Washington Center) received Grand Champion while Lindsey Pence (Monticello FFA) received Reserve Champion and Cole Mahlkuch (Juda Jolly Juniors) received Honorable Mention. For the Grade Holstein Category, Lindsey Pence (Monticello FFA) took home the Grand Champion award while Reeson Speth (York) received Reserve Champion and Sarah Brokopp (Monticello FFA) received Honorable Mention. In the Grade Any Other Breeds category, Samantha Holmstrom (New Glarus 4-H) was named Grand Champion. Finally, in the Registered Other Breeds category, Sarah Brokopp (Monticello FFA) was awarded Grand Champion, and Reserve Champion went to Brett Marean (Juda Jolly Juniors) while Averey Marean (Juda Jolly Juniors) was named Honorable Mention.

Leading the showmanship category in grade 3 was Ava Hendrickson (Dayton Dairylanders), Allyson Judd (Dayton Dairylanders) in second, and Anna Bartels (Juda Jolly Juniors) in third. In grades 4 and 5 were Alex Roe (Washington Center) in first, Derek Schwartzlow (Washington Center) in second, and John Bartels (Juda Jolly Juniors) coming third. In grades 6 and 7 Emma Hendrickson (Dayton Dairylanders) took first with Ian Schwartzlow (Washington Center) in second, and Blake Hoesly (Next Generation) in third. For grades 8 and 9 Natalie Roe (Washington Center) topped out the class, with Aaron Makos (Spring Grove Honest Workers) in second, and Sarah Brokopp (Monticello FFA) in third. In grades 10 and 11 Brian McCullough (Juda Jolly Juniors) came in first, Averey Marean (Juda Jolly Juniors) came in second, and Sarah Blumer (Monticello FFA) came in third. And finally, in grade 12 and up, Rachel McCullough (Juda Jolly Juniors) came in first with Hailey Raymond (New Glarus FFA) in second and Karly Ready (Monticello FFA) following in third.
