Quilts of Valor Presented at American Legion Duppler-Smith Post #460 in Belleville

On Tuesday, March 13, 2018, a ceremony was held at the American Legion Duppler-Smith Post #460, by members of the Sugar River Quilts of Valor.

Bev Kozelka, representing the group, told the friends, family and Legion members in attendance that Quilts of Valor are a single lifetime award and are presented to each veteran in a ceremony.

A Quilt of Valor represents the strength of the Quilt of Valor recipients, strength of their families, strength of our communities, and lastly, strength of our great nation.
