The Picnic fun kicks off on Thursday night, August 10th, with Bingo from 6:00 p.m.-9:00 p.m., and Adult Kickball from 7:00 p.m.-9:00 p.m. Also at 7:00 p.m. is the Open Cornholio Tournament and Co-ed Softball will be held at Community Park.

The Turtle Stand opens at 6:00 p.m., on Friday, August 11th. From 6:30 p.m.-8:30 p.m. is Adult Kickball. Men’s Softball will be held at Community Park. Come enjoy music by the Love Monkeys at the Beer Tent from 8:00 p.m.-12:00 a.m. Don’t forget about the fireworks! They will begin at dusk – Ted Fahey generously offered his field on the corner of State Road 92 and Remy Road for fireworks as Remy Road cannot be closed due to its detour status.

On Saturday morning, August 12th, Breakfast will be served from 7:00 a.m.-10:30 a.m. The 5K Fun Run/Walk begins at 8:00 a.m., and the Belleville Bike Race will begin at 9:30 a.m. Registration forms for both races can be found on page 3 and both races start at Sugar River Park. There’s Kickball for everyone on Saturday – the kids can start at 9:00 a.m., and adults will begin at 1:00 p.m. The Amateur BBQ Rib Contest starts at 4:00 p.m. – there is a team limit of 24, so get your registration in now! The form can be found on page 3, and if you have any questions regarding the Rib Contest please call Scott Hare at (608) 843-6301. From 2:00 p.m.-7:00 p.m., you can listen to the classic country style of the Frenchtown: Francois Family Band, and in the Beer Tent from 8:00 p.m.-12:00 a.m., award winning Madison County will be playing. Don’t forget all day long you can catch Co-ed Volleyball at Sugar River Park (Please contact J.P. to register your team at (608) 424-3606.  Leave a message with your name and phone number to receive a call back to confirm your registration.  The entry fee is $30.00 and is to be paid Saturday morning, prior to play), Co-ed Softball and Men’s Softball (both being played at Community Park) and the Turtle Stand.

Sunday morning, at 10:00 a.m., St. Francis of Assisi is hosting an Ecumenical Worship service. From 10:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. there will be a Youth Football Combine. The annual Car Show will take place in Library Park from 11:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m., rain or shine. The Chicken BBQ starts serving at 11:30 a.m. Chicken Dinner delivery orders are available again for elderly and shut-in residents.  Chicken dinner price is $12.00.  To place your order call Francois Sales and Service at (608) 424-3303, or Barb Funseth at (608) 424-3688. Delivery orders must be placed by Saturday, August 12, 2017, at 7:00 p.m. The Greenfield Brothers will be playing classic country in the Beer Tent from 11:30 a.m.-2:30 p.m. The Obstacle Course will be from 12:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. The Co-ed Cornholio Tournament begins at 1:00 p.m., and the Duck Draw is at 3:00 p.m. The Zweifel Brothers Band will be playing their Polka – Summer Farewell Show from 3:00 p.m.-6:00 p.m., at the Beer Tent, and Ghosts in the Room will take over from 7:00 p.m.-10:00 p.m., with classic rock, boogie and blues. Right at 6:00 p.m. is the Raffle Drawing at the Main Stage. Mens and Co-ed Championship Softball will be taking place at Sugar River Park on Sunday as well.

Beer and food will be served all weekend long, so take a trip to Belleville to meet up with friends and family, or make some new friends, eat delicious food, and quench your thirst with ice-cold beer, soda and water!
