Lynn Lokken and Kris Winkler will be the featured speakers at this month's Monticello Area Historical Society meeting. They have been collecting aprons since 2003, when a program idea was needed for "Home and Community Educators" (formerly Homemakers).  Both of these ladies are 4-H leaders, Master Gardeners, Quilters, and Barn Quilt painters in Green County. They have a collection of over 200 aprons, with some of them dating back to the 1890s.
