Tracy Lien, Executive Assistant to the Chief, Belleville Police Chief Bill Eichelkraut and Curtis Fuszard, Executive Director of REACH-A-Child. Fuszard presented REACH BAGS to the department on Friday, February 17th.
Belleville Police Chief Bill Eichelkraut accepted two "REACH BAGS" on behalf of the Department. Each bag contains children's books and drawstring backpacks. These items are provided to children they encounter for the purpose of comforting them and distracting the boys and girls from the crisis at hand. A REACH BAG will be placed into the Department's vehicles.
