Bruce Daniel Kiesling, age 36, passed away Friday, February 10, 2017, from Fungal Pneumonia. Bruce (Dan) was born August 8, 1980, in Madison.
He grew up in Dayton, WI, and graduated from Belleville High School in 1998. Besides participating in many school activities, he was active in Boy Scouts, achieving the rank of Eagle Scout. After graduating from UW-Madison's School of Business, Bruce worked for Edge Consulting Engineers in Prairie du Sac. He loved his job as a project manager in telecommunications.
Bruce was an avid Cubs and Badgers fan, with season tickets for football and hockey games. He was delighted to keep statistics for the Saturday night Badger hockey games. Bruce enjoyed traveling with friends and family, and he loved music. He owned an extensive music collection and attended many concerts and festivals. Bruce was also a beer connoisseur and enjoyed visiting craft breweries. He regaled all of us with his exceptional knowledge and memory, with his wit, and with his sense of humor. Most of all Bruce was a generous and devoted son, brother, and friend. He was always ready to extend a helping hand.
