Ryan Dull and Michael Jennrich, 2016 graduates of New Glarus High School, each received a check for $1,000 from the Alvin Ott Scholarship Fund.

Ryan Dull is attending the University of Wisconsin – Madison, where he is studying Biology.
Michael Jennrich is attending the University of Wisconsin – Madison, where he is studying Electrical Engineering.
Alvin Ott, a former president of The Bank of New Glarus, established this fund in 1981 so that young people from our community will have the opportunity to continue their education. This fund remains possible, in part, due to the continued support of The Bank of New Glarus® and Sugar River Bank Branches.
Presenting the checks were Ronald J. Schaaf, President/CEO of The Bank of New Glarus® and Sugar River Bank Branches, and John Ott, the grandson of Alvin Ott and also a Director of The Bank of New Glarus® and Sugar River Bank Branches.
