Booster Club President Alma Mentz is shown here with Dale Atkinson from Tri-Insure, who is presenting her with a check for $25,000 towards the Monticello Fitness Center project.
The fitness center renovation in Monticello has been moving right along this summer. Fundraising projects have raised $10,000, enabling them to purchase their first round of equipment, which will be arriving soon.
Tri-Insure, Monticello, recently made a generous donation of $25,000 towards the fitness center. This enables the fitness center to purchase the remainder of the weight equipment and start purchasing the cardio equipment. The school is very grateful for all donations received for this project.
"Tri-Insure is extremely proud and excited to present this donation to the Monticello Community Fitness Center project," said Tri-Insure owner, Dale Atkinson. "We see this project as a very valuable asset, not only for the Monticello School District, but for the entire community. Our ability to do this is a direct result of the dedicated, hard-working people at Tri-Insure and the thousands of customers through the years who have entrusted their insurance needs to our agency. From our humble beginning 84 years ago, to our current agency reaching out and writing insurance in five states, these are the people that make a donation like this possible."
