The Monticello Historical Society will hold their August Meeting at the Zwingli United Church of Christ lounge in Monticello on August 25, 2016, at 7:00 p.m.
Following a short business meeting, speaker Paul Rieder will give a presentation on family member Ezra Babler and his role in the Spanish American War, the rifle he carried (which Rieder now owns), and a letter from Ezra which reveals lots of interesting information.
