The Swiss Church in downtown New Glarus is hosting their annual Holiday Cookie Walk fundraiser on Saturday, December 5, 2015, from 8:00 a.m. to 12 noon.

Members from the congregation make and donate all of the freshly baked goods.  They have a quite a vast array to offer, including cut-out cookies, candies, and breads. There are also specialty items for sale such as Braetzli, Krumkake, Pizzelle, Zueribieter and other traditional Swiss treats.

Cookies are sold by the pound, and the specialty items are packaged and priced separately.

The Swiss Church Holiday Cookie Walk is a quick and easy way for anyone to gather a wide variety of home baked goodies to share and serve during the Yuletide season without having to spend hours in the kitchen.  (Win, win!)  Please stop by the Fellowship Hall in the church on Saturday, December 5, from 8:00 a.m. until 12 noon, and check out the beautiful and tasty array they have baked specifically for this event.
