Monticello Library Celebrates National Library Week

The Monticello Public Library Staff celebrated National Library Workers' Day on April 12th. This year the nation's libraries and librarians celebrated National Library Week, April 10th – 16th. The theme for 2016 National Library Week was "Libraries Transform."
Libraries are transforming lives and communities by providing free access to technology, career development resources, and the skills to help people thrive in the digital age. We truly appreciate the services they provide, not only during National Library Week, but also through out the year.
