New Glarus Blood Drive Fast Approaching

Dear Editor and New Glarus Area Residents,
It’s that time of year again where everyone is asking for donations, but this one is the most important one you can ever give, the Gift of Life. Every pint donated can help up to three recipients see another day.
Our Holiday Blood Drive will be held on Friday, December 28, 12:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. at the New Glarus Bible Church, 207 6th Street. (The corner of 3rd Avenue and 6th Street.)
We all have family and friends who are here today because someone took the time to donate blood and it was on the shelf for our loved ones in their time of need.
Just a gentle reminder, eat healthy and balanced meals in addition to your delicious Christmas cookies and eggnog. Also be sure to drink sufficient amounts of water to be well hydrated prior to donating.
As a thank you from the Red Cross, you can get a free long-sleeve Red Cross T-shirt when you come to donate December 20-January 6, while supplies last!
