Village of Belleville Voters,

I am submitting my name to you as a candidate for the vacant position of Village of Belleville Trustee. Please write in Terry Kringle when voting in the April 5, 2016, election.

I have lived in Belleville since 1970, when my wife and I came to Belleville to accept teaching positions in the school district. I am presently retired after teaching in Belleville for 31 years. I have been active in village government since 1983, serving in various capacities including 19 years as a trustee (three as President). As a trustee I was a member of all the committees at various times. The knowledge I gained over this period of time will allow me to step into this position and quickly take an active role in village government. My only goal is to work with the village board and other community leaders to make Belleville a place in which people want to live.
