On Thursday, September 10, 2015, at 4:49 p.m., the Green County Sheriff’s Office received a 911 call of a vehicle vs. semi collision on STH 69 north of Hefty Road, Town of Washington.  Green County Sheriff’s Deputies, Green County EMS, Monticello Fire, Monticello Police, Wisconsin State Patrol Reconstruction Unit, and MedFlight were dispatched to the scene. Investigation revealed that Victor G. Ingalsbe, 47, Oklahoma City, OK, was traveling southbound on STH 69 operating a 2016 Semi and trailer.  A passenger in the semi unit was Norman L.
