Mitchell Keith and Grant Keith are the recipients of the 8th and 9th annual William C. and Margaret L. Parmer Scholarship. This scholarship helps students with the high cost of their medical school education and was created by Parmer. The recipient must be from Green County and accepted or enrolled in Medical School. Margaret's husband, William, passed away in 2005 and this was something they had often talked about doing. It has been a wonderful experience for Margaret to see her vision come true and meet the recipients each year.
