Program Helps Workers With Transportation Problems

Reliable transportation can be a major barrier for many workers. Now, a new program operated by Southwestern Wisconsin Community Action Program (SWCAP) is hoping to reduce this barrier by addressing transportation needs for low-income workers.
The Work-n-Wheels program provides zero-interest vehicle repair and loan programs, among other services. This same funding provides transit services that can be accessed through SWCAP for eligible employees.
